I personally was lucky enough to snag one of these a couple years ago for my husband and I to share and we thoroughly enjoyed it! I think the beauty advent calendars have to be my favourite! I loooveee trying out new products and these are a great way to test out some new mini and even full size products. 8. Usborne Books Advent Calendar To Colour

Adult colouring books have been all the rage this last year or so. And while I never thought this was something for me.. I find myself doodling all the time! My grocery list never looked so good! Now I know I mentioned this post was about chocolate-free advent calendars, but this mama loves her sweets so I had to incorporate just one!! Purdys Chocolatier advent calendar includes a variety of milk and dark chocolate treats from their mini salted caramel to their cookie crunch bell all made with 100% sustainable cocoa and best of all.. they’re Canadian! Starting out in Vancouver, BC in 1907.

This will be my (our) second year! My husband and I usually get one that we can share and enjoy at the end of the day, like the DAVIDsTEA or last year we tried out the Craft BeerAdvent 🙂

Such a good idea to post these! Mommas always forget that there are so many ways to treat themselves. I tried a German Beer Advent last year but I would love to try the wine one!

Thank you!! I think I’m just seeing that now too! My youngest is nearly 15 months and some days I look at myself and shake my head thinking who on earth will take you seriously looking the way you do!!😆 So I’m really trying to make a point of taking some time for me, especially over the holidays. It’s a special time for the whole family including momma and this has been I guess a little way of reminding myself that!
