Welp.. we made it guys!! What a whirl wind of a spring break! I thought I would be ready to get back into the hustle and bustle of our daily grind, but honestly I could use another week yet.
My to-do list is ever growing as I’m sure you fellow mamas can relate to, but these last two weeks were completely focused around family and time together. I don’t know if it’s because I feel our time coming to an end soon on the West Coast, so we need to soak it up as much as we can or that I feel our family’s disconnection with hubby traveling so much that I feel our time together is more precious then ever. Whatever it is though, I freely walked away from that ever growing list and embraced this relaxing two week break with open arms!
Spring Break commences with a beautiful evening trampolining session!
..and a morning walk and stop by the park.
We had a surprise visit from PJ Mask’s own Owlette!
We’re so close.. yet we rarely visit! We were some what reluctant to go with the start of spring break.. but what a treat! A great place to take your little ones to explore. A little hesitant at first, but it ended in tears because she had such a great time!!? I’ll take it!
Highlight of this guy’s spring break.. Vancouver Aquarium’s Discover Rays touch pool!
Highlight of this girl’s spring break.. Paw Patrol LIVE! And even better, with Gramma!!
After a ROUGH 5 1/2 possiblyyy 6 hour drive.. this guy does not travel well!! We made it to my parent’s place in the Okanagan for week two of our spring break!
Many great hide n’ seek places in Gramma and Papa’s backyard!
I think we managed to collect every pinecone in the park!
Morning cuddles and breakfast with Aunty on the kitchen floor ❤
Making friends with the neighbourhood puppy, Aussie!
T.R.O.U.B.L.E is this little guy’s middle name! We’re going through the climb everything, down right mischievous phase.. nothing appears to be off limits in this guy’s mind.
We celebrated Easter a little early with an egg hunt for this little girly! Though the weather was not on our side, that didn’t stop us! Any one else’s little ones obsessed with all things eggs!!?
Egg hunted out..
Emma’s first ever visit to the movie theatre!! We’re big movie buffs, so I thought she would be all over it, but within an hour she was kind of over it! Maybe the seats were uncomfortable.. ? Movie wasn’t for her!? Nonetheless we gave it a try!
Though we were sad to pack up, leave this beautiful little town and say our goodbyes, we’ve woken up refreshed and geared up to start a super busy Spring ahead!
Happy Monday!
